F$U superfan Jenn Sterger hopes the NCAAdoesn't vacate Bobby Bowden's fake wins
Last week Bobby Bowden was asked about forfeiting as many as 14 victories and replied, "It won't bother me. I won’t lose a minute of sleep over it."
For a guy who claims to not care he sure does seem to care. Last night Bowden addressed the subject again at President Country Club in West Palm Beach...
"I think they're really stepping out of bounds by doing that. Maybe they'll change their minds once they think it over real good."Bowden was also asked if he believed it was unfair that the NCAA would determine who ultimately is recognized as the game's winningest coach...
"Oh yeah, oh sure, because I'm not going to stay in it that much longer."And what if he finishes ahead of Joe Paterno?
"It will mean something to me. You'd like to leave something for your grandchildren, and the thing about it the race between Joe and I, it's not like there are seven more of us, it's just us two and you hate to give up in a good battle like that."
