What does Penn State serve to football recruits?

We prefer our scrapple with syrup

We are huge fans of food, especially a good cookout, so this story from the Detroit Free Press made us envious of big-time football recruits....
Michigan hosted its second BBQ at the Big House on May 30 and more than two dozen football recruits attended, some from as far away as Florida and New Jersey. Many of the prospects said the event is a unique concept in recruiting...According to prospects, the barbecue featured chicken, burgers, and hot dogs as well as baked beans and macaroni & cheese. Due to NCAA rules, Michigan had to charge recruits and their families for the meal.
The menu made us wonder what Pennsylvania delicacies Penn State would serve to recruits on a visit. Philly Cheese Steaks? (Pat's or Geno's?) Grilled Stickies from The Diner? Scrapple? (Love me some random pig parts!)

Tell us, what else should be on the menu?
