3-9? No problem, Michigan finds missing points in old blowouts

Last year Michigan had the first 9-loss season in school history. The Wolverines also had their all-time worst defense, allowing an average of 29 points per game, including 35+ to Notre Dame, Illinois, Penn State, Michigan State, Purdue, and Ohio State.

How do Michigan fans cope? By making ancient blowouts even bigger drubbings...

This summer Michigan is adjusting their 88-0 victory over Ferris State in 1903 into a 90-0 woodshed beating. (Apparently the officials signaled a safety on a kickoff that the scorekeepers missed.)

This after a missing extra point was found in a 1909 game against Syracuse. That one is now 44-0. (Another nail in the coffin for Orange football?)
