But JoePa won't be able to call Penn State a young, inexperienced team in 2011...
As we examine the latest depth chart, we get excited thinking about next season.
The biggest rebuilding job for the 2011 offense will be the line, as we'll have three senior starters in 2010: Center Doug Klopacz, Right Guard Stefen Wisniewski, and Right Tackle Lou Eliades.
Evan Royster is poised to become Penn State's all-time rushing leading in 2010. But we have strong reserves to fill his shoes.
Ditto for wide receiver Graham Zug. Penn State has a large stable of young pass-catchers and shouldn't miss a beat.
On the other side of the ball, PSU will have just three senior starters in 2010: Tackle Ollie Ogbu and Linebackers Chris Colasanti and Bani Gbadyu. Both units have plenty of talented back-ups to fill those spots in 2011.
We will take our lumps in 2010 with games at Alabama, Iowa, and Ohio State, but 2011 could be something special.
