In an interview the day after the match, Robinson had this exchange with Mike Still of The Daily Collegian...
TDC: What did you think of Penn State?

Robinson: "They're good. They wrestle hard. They came to compete.

"I was disappointed in the coaching staff. They let one of their kids, Molinaro, take a timeout when he wasn't hurt. It’s not okay to break the rules.

"The kid wasn't hurt. He knows he wasn't hurt and the coaches know he wasn't hurt and they allowed it anyway. It's outside the integrity of the sport.

"He just got tired. He wasn't hurt. He just wound his clock, took a timeout and the coaches just went along with it instead of keeping him out there and letting him deal with it."
The accusations of cheating did not play well in the Big Ten office...
The Big Ten Conference office today issued a public reprimand of Minnesota wrestling head coach J Robinson for violating the Big Ten Sportslike Conduct Agreement following Minnesota's dual match against Penn State on February 13, 2011. Robinson's post-match comments were in violation of Big Ten Sportslike Conduct Agreement 10.01.1.A.6.

The Big Ten Sportslike Conduct Agreement states that "It shall be the responsibility of each member university to ensure that all of its students and all individuals employed by or directly associated with it comport themselves in a sportslike manner when representing their university, especially at intercollegiate athletic contests."
